Your registered email address will be your user ID.
Use the registered email address to login. Don't have an account? Sign up and enter your email address! Please use the DUO app to reset your password if you have forgotten it. If you still have login issues, please email app@duomain.sg with your details and a screenshot of the error.
In the app menu, click on "Manage Account" and scroll down to select "Sign Out".
Download the app on your new phone and log in to your existing account. You will be prompted to enter an OTP sent to your registered email address.
Please ensure that you have uninstalled the app from your old device before logging in to the new phone.
Security & Troubleshooting
If you have a password, go to "Manage Account" and on the top right menu bar, select "Change Password". If you've forgotten your current password, click on "Forgot Password?" on the login page. You will receive an email to reset your password.
Your account will be locked out temporarily if there are 5 unsuccessful login attempts. You will receive an email to unlock the account. Alternatively, please wait 24 hours to login. If you prefer not to reset your password, you will need to wait 24 hours before attempting to log in again with your existing password.
For your security, the app is designed to log you out after a period of inactivity or when the app is updated. You will need to login again. If you are experiencing frequent logouts, you may contact the app administrator for further assistance.

Rewards & Perks
Under "My Activities", select "Perks". Click 'redeem' on the '$5 DUO Galleria Welcome $5 E-Voucher' and scan the in-store QR code at the participating retailers at DUO Galleria to redeem.
